JoyBox has had to make the hard decision to close our shop in Old Town Spring. However, we are working out of a temporary space. We will still be delivering all over the Greater Houston Area and are still doing same day deliveries on orders before 11AM.

How can I order a JoyBox?

To order your JoyBox, simply order online through our site, or email us at orders@joyboxflowers.com. You can also call us at 832-840-5500. 

What does my JoyBox order include? 

Every order includes the beautiful JoyBox arrangement of your choice in our custom box. It also includes a care card and a luxe notecard with your message.  

Can I order a JoyBox if I live outside of Houston, TX?

At this time, we deliver our fresh floral boxes to the Greater Houston area only. 

How long will it take for my JoyBox to be created?

We typically require 24 hours notice to design your JoyBox. During high volume times such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, we require one week advance orders. Same day deliveries are possible if orders are placed by noon.. 

What is your delivery zone and cost?

We deliver to the Greater Houston area via our courier service. All delivery rates are calculated at checkout based on zip code. For questions about deliveries, please call us at 832-840-5500. Also please visit our DELIVERY page in the main menu for details about long distance delivery rates. 

How long will my flowers last?

With the proper care, a JoyBox can last up to 7 days. This is much longer than a traditional bouquet because of our proprietary method of handling and arranging the roses. 

Our Everlasting collection lasts up to one year or more without water. Care instructions are included with each package.  

How do I extend the life of my fresh flowers? (Not Everlasting Roses)

Keep your flowers out of direct sunlight and away from any heat sources. Spritz lightly with water every couple of days. Peel off outer petals that are beginning to dry. Once you are done enjoying your box of flowers, toss the entire contents of the box into the trash, and you can reuse and re-purpose your box.

How to care for my Everlasting Roses?

Our Everlasting Roses require very little care of maintenance. Do not water the roses, keep them out of direct sunlight, and do not remove them from the box. You also want to make sure that they are not being touched too often because the oils in our hands are not good for the roses. You can enjoy your Everlasting Roses with the lid on or off. Just make sure to keep pets and water away from the roses so that they do not get damaged.
